In 1999, Taiwan Huan Lian developed its first product,  "electric golf trolley". We had our own patented design  transmission system  so the folding size of trolley was very small.

 In 2002, Taiwan Huan Lian cooperated with Yamaha retired engineers and designers to produce electric vehicles. Our product fields include electric pocket bike, electric dirt bike, electric scooter, golf cart, and multi-function carts.

 In 2004, Taiwan Huan Lian started new project of “Personal Electric Golf Cart". “Easy to USE”, "Free to Ride"  and “MULTI-FUNCTION DESIGN” are main purposes of our new products. For matching the requests of different market  fields, we have 3-wheel riding model (OT-750), 4-wheel riding model (AT-950), and we develop 4-wheel driving model (GC-1100).

 In 2005, Taiwan Huan Lian got ISO-9001 and QS-9000 certificates.

 In 2006, Taiwan Huan Lian got ISO-14001 certificate.
